Double Stroller With Car Seat Compatability

Parents of twins or other multiples might want a double stroller which can accommodate two infant car seats simultaneously. The TwinRoo+ is an easy-to-use frame stroller that can hold 23 different car seat models.

The car also comes with an ample storage basket and cup holders for parents and reversible seats with the best legroom of its class. There are two seats.

The Baby Trend(r) Universal Double Snap-N-Go(r)

The Baby Trend(r) Universal Double Snap-N-Go(r) is a fantastic stroller that can be used with the majority of infant car seat carriers. It has a large storage basket and parent tray with dual cup holders. The stroller is light and folds up easily to store or travel. It's one of our easiest strollers to maneuver and has a nice side-by-side design. It isn't very good in our jog test and has trouble with higher curbs. The swivel wheels on the front have trouble catching on obstacles.

The adapters for this stroller are easy to install and work with the majority of major brands. However, the stroller can only accommodate one infant car seat at a time so parents of twins must find a different option if they want to use their infant carseats together. The UPPAbaby Vista V2 Double and the Evenflo Pivot Xpand Double are top-rated options that work with two infant car seats at the same time.

The Baby Trend is easy-to-use and comes with a nice basket however, it falls short of our ride comfort metric. The stroller does not have shocks that absorb road bumps and vibrations which can be a challenge for little passengers. Additionally, the absence of a reclined seat means children will feel every bump on the road. It might not be a problem when passengers age, but it is important to take into consideration when your children are still infants or toddlers.

This frame stroller weighs just under 40 lbs. It's heavy with cargo and passengers. It's hard to jog without a jog lock, and it had difficulty traversing gravel, grass and sidewalks during our tests. The BOB Revolution is a lighter option for jogging and weighs in at 41 lbs. It can still be a bit challenging to lift and carry, but it comes with a handle specifically designed for this purpose. Jog strollers benefit from having larger wheels to provide more off-road performance. They are built better and are made from robust materials that can stand up to long-term use.

The Contours(r) Options Elite V2 Double Stroller

The Contours(r) Options Elite V2 comes with all the features parents appreciate: reversible seats one-hand reclining, adjustable leg rests, zippered extensions on both canopies, and a parent cupholder. Plus, it has some new great features like the height-adjustable handle, as well as quilted seats. It offers seven different configurations of seating, including the hard-to-find double-rear-facing seat. This allows kids to see eachother while keeping an eye on their parents.

The stroller's compatibility to multiple infant car seats is one of its best features. It gives families more choices and prevents them from being confined to one brand of stroller that works with baby car seats. The Options Elite is compatible with Graco infant car seats and Britax double car seats. It also supports the UPPAbaby Mesa or Baby Jogger City Select double car seats. It also has an additional adapter for parents who have twins, or wish to use two infant car seats.

It's not a side-by-side stroller, so it has the feel of one stroller and can be used in most aisles and doorways with ease. While it's not as maneuverable as a jogging stroller, it's a great choice for road trips or shopping excursions. It weighs slightly more than other double strollers but it's not too heavy for petite women to lift and maneuver.

The seats are comfortable for children, and the storage basket is a good size. The canopy is large, too, and can be removed to provide some sun protection. However,  double pram and pushchair  does not contain a huge storage space for necessities for parents, which some families may find to be inconvenient.

The stroller comes with the foot brake, a safety harness and five point harness for each child. The front wheels are lockable for added stability and the ergonomic handles give the user with a comfortable grip. It folds up in an easy process and can be repositioned when folded. It's not folded with just one hand, like some of the other top strollers on this list however, it's easy to fold after a bit of practice.

The Evenflo Pivot Double

The Evenflo Pivot Xpand Double is an excellent budget-friendly option that can grow with your family. It offers car seat compatibility and reversible seating in an elegant modern stroller frame. This stroller has easy-to-use everyday features and a convenient one-handed fold, with a self-stand, which is remarkable for a less expensive model. However, it has an a bit more substantial feel than a lot of the competition and smaller wheels that have difficulty when pushing off-road or through tight corners and narrow doors.

This stroller is compatible with two infant car seats or toddler seats (sold separately) and no adapters are needed. Adding a second seat expands the frame of the stroller in just a few seconds without tools or extra components, and it can be used in 23 configurations in the USA to accommodate infant and toddler seating at different heights, either in parent-facing or forward-facing modes. The second seat can be used to hold baby at a comfortable angle in infant mode, or for older kids in stroller mode, with three reclining positions as well as an adjustable footrest that can be adjusted to five positions.

A large, oversized storage basket as well as back- and front-facing seat pockets enhance the utility of this stroller, while the padded, contoured seat offers the most comfortable ride for passengers. A canopy that can be extended keeps children shielded from the sun's rays, and an open window allows parents to keep an eye on their little ones.

The Stroller Rider Board accessory can be added to create a tandem so that siblings can ride together, or as an alternative for the standard toddler seat. The flex-hold cupholder is able to accommodate a variety of beverages and the stroller is folded when the toddler seat is attached to make it easy to access storage space.

Most reviewers are pleased with the ease with which the Pivot Xpand stroller can be expanded to include an additional seat. Some have pointed out that it's a bit difficult to attach an infant car seat to the included mounts, while attaching the second toddler seat is easier and faster. Evenflo offers a video chat feature that allows customers to ask any questions or get assistance with installing car seats. The only other issue is the relatively short warranty.

The Jeep Bravo For 2

The Bravo For 2 is a ideal stroller for children who are similar in age. It is easy-to-assemble straight out of the package and, unlike other sit-and stand options it is relatively light at just 23 pounds. The seats each recline in multiple positions to allow your infant or toddler to snooze and even have a footrest for older kids who need it. The padded handlebar can be positioned so that older children can grip it while standing, even if they are wearing gloves. Many parents have shared that this feature alone makes it safer than the vast majority of its competitors.

The stroller also features an upholstered seat that can be used by children that is less than two years old. older. This allows you to keep your infant rear-facing longer and is a huge advantage for parents who adhere to the #TurnAfter2 campaign that encourages babies and toddlers to keep their rears facing until they are at least two years old. This seat is simple to buckle and has the same great five-point harness as the front seat.

The Bravo For 2 has another advantage: it can accept Chicco KeyFit car seats or Fit2 in the front. It is easy to attach your baby carrier by lowering the front seat before snapping it into. This alone makes it one of the most adaptable double strollers available and helps you avoid wasting money on a single-use stroller that could end up in your garage, or even donated to your local secondhand store.

This stroller has only one major flaw: it does not include a cup holder or a tray for parents. The storage space is also small. But, it's an excellent option for families with one kiddo who will be walking for the entirety of their stroll, and younger siblings in a car seat up front. It's also a great choice for travel as it can fold up into a compact size that can be gate-checked on the plane or stored in your trunk.
